Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
Processing Time:
For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days after payment is verified and credit approval is completed. Shipping times may vary based on the method selected at checkout.
Shipping Locations:
We ship from multiple warehouse locations—including Canada, the EU, Japan, and China. Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse that is closest to your delivery address, depending on stock availability and regional logistics. This allows us to deliver your order more efficiently.
Tax & Customs Information:
Please note that VAT, GST, and customs duties are not included in your order total. These may be applied by your local customs authority upon delivery. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import taxes or fees required to receive your shipment. For details, please check with your local customs office prior to ordering.
