Return Process
SpiceSkate® is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 14-Day Unconditional Return/Exchange Guarantee from the date you receive your order (based on delivery confirmation).
You may return or exchange products purchased on spiceskate.us for any reason within 14 days, as long as:
• The item is in resellable condition
• The original packaging is intact
• You include the original shipping slip or order form
Exchange Terms:
Unless the product has a quality defect, each item is eligible for exchange only once, and must be replaced with the same style and color.
Eligible reasons for return/exchange include:
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect size or fit
• Shipping error
• Incorrect product ordered
Refund Process
You may initiate a refund by contacting our customer service team and selecting the “Refund” option instead of an exchange. Once approved:
1. You will receive the return address and instructions.
2. You must return the product to our return center within 30 days of accepting the refund.
3. Once the product is received and its condition is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Timing depends on your bank/PayPal processing speed.
If the item is not returned within 30 days after refund approval, the refund request will be automatically canceled and considered void.
You will get the address where to return the item and as soon as we receive the item and approve the condition, we will send you a new product or refund your money. You will have to pay for the return shipment cost.
